I’m a qualified CBT therapist with experience supporting both young people and adults, and I bring this person-centred, collaborative approach into my tutoring. My Psychology lessons are tailored to each student’s pace and learning style, with a strong emphasis on making complex topics understandable, engaging, and enjoyable. I work with students’ existing strengths, helping to build their confidence through creativity, reflection, and structured support. I’m also keen to learn from each student’s point of view about what helps them most, making our sessions a two-way process where feedback and collaboration are key.
