Advert description
I can interest, encourage, motivate and engage pupils in their learning. I am patient, resilient and listen to and support the pupil. Working with SEN pupils, I adapt to their specific needs and learn how to excite them about their goals. I use different strategies to get them back on track, such as setting up a reward system and taking one small step at a time.
