I am a clinical psychotherapist and occupational therapist and a current Director across several start-ups and specialise in teaching professional development skills online to adults (17+) and professionals. I help students develop emotional intelligence, confidence, communication skills, and leadership, enhancing self-awareness, assertiveness, and professional presence in both academic and workplace environments. All sessions are delivered online or in your place of business, offering flexible access to high-quality coaching wherever you are based. I hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy, am a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist, and have a BA (Hons) in English Literature. Alongside my clinical and corporate experience, I have published work in mental health and personal growth, combining professional expertise with practical insight to guide students effectively. With experience across clinical, corporate, and creative sectors, I bring a psychologically-informed, practical, and coaching-led approach to learning.
