I am a native English speaker with 4 years of experience as a private tutor

Hello! I am a native English speaker who is dedicated to helping students build their confidence and achieve their language goals. Having studied multiple foreign languages myself, including French, Mandarin and Italian, I know exactly what it feels like to learn a language from scratch. I understand the common obstacle a student may face, which methods are most effective and the importance of having a patient and supportive tutor. My teaching style is structured and highly adaptable. Coming from a rigorous academic background in Engineering, I excel at breaking down complex concepts. Things like tricky grammar rules and or pronunciation nuances will be simplified into clear, easy steps. Through various leadership roles and my experience working in professional corporate environments, I have developed strong communication skills. Whether you want to focus on casual conversational fluency, prepare for university studies or improve your professional business English, I can tailor our lessons to fit your specific needs. My classes are interactive and student-centred. We will focus on the areas you want to improve, at a pace that works for you. I look forward to helping you master the English language!
