I am a native English speaker, eager to begin tutoring

Hi there, I'm writing to express my interest in the English as a Foreign Language (EFL) tutor position. As a graduate student currently living in Kingston Upon Thames, I bring both academic experience and a passion for language that make me an enthusiastic and reliable candidate for this role. While I may not have formal tutoring experience, I’ve supported peers in their writing and speaking goals throughout my academic journey, and I have a deep understanding of how language builds confidence, clarity, and connection. English is my first language, and I pride myself on clear communication, patience, and creative approaches to learning—skills I’ve also honed through my work as an au pair and in other people-focused roles. I’m excited about the opportunity to help students improve their English, whether through conversation practice, writing support, or grammar guidance. I believe in making learning both effective and enjoyable, and I would love to contribute to your team of dedicated tutors. Thank you for considering my application. I’d be happy to discuss how my background and enthusiasm for language learning can benefit your students. Warm regards, Destiny Brady
