Hi, my name’s Chloe - a yoga teacher and actress from Cornwall living in South London.

Advert description

I lead Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Meditation classes for all levels, meeting you wherever you're at in your yoga journey. My focus is always on deepening practice through yoga philosophy, adjustments + assists, and most importantly connection - to Self and to others. I plan each class with a particular focus on chakras. This provides an intention for the practice as well as balance within the body and the mind. I focus on cultivating both inner and outer strength, balance and grace, no matter the type of practice or how we come to the mat each day. I aim to keep yoga inclusive, playful and a continuous learning journey.

Chloe’s patient and holistic approach is exactly what I look for in an instructor! Her practise comes from a place of real integrity; plenty for seasoned yogis to get their teeth into but a gentle pace with plenty of modifications available to those earlier in their journey… perfect for anyone looking to incorporate classes into their routine long term. One I’ll keep coming back to!

Chloe is a wonderful teacher who made me feel so safe and held throughout the practice. The way she guided us and incorporated so many authentic elements of yoga was amazing. I always look forward to her classes - the perfect way to wind down and connect with myself!
