A-Level Maths Tutor | UCL Mechanical Engineering | 4A* & Pearson Award

I am a UCL Mechanical Engineering student and recipient of the Outstanding Pearson Learner Award for achieving the highest mark in Thailand for Pearson Edexcel International Advanced Further Mathematics. I achieved 4A* in my A-Level studies (Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Economics), and I specialise in A-Level Maths tuition. My lessons focus on building deep conceptual understanding and strong problem-solving skills rather than memorising methods. I structure sessions around identifying weaknesses, strengthening fundamentals, and progressing to targeted exam-style questions and past papers. I also teach effective exam strategies, time management techniques, and common question patterns to help students maximise marks. Having once struggled with certain topics myself, I understand the pressure students feel before exams. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence step by step. I also have experience teaching younger students through an academic club, where I break down complex concepts into clear and engaging explanations. My goal is not only to improve grades, but to help students develop long-term confidence and independence in Mathematics.
