Maths tutor teaches students of GCSE level, SATS, 11+, and KS1, KS2, KS3

Approach: Understanding that every child is unique, I tailor my teaching approach to suit individual learning styles. I focus on explaining topics clearly, using real-life examples to enhance understanding and encourage practical application of concepts. During lessons, I provide questions of varying difficulties and styles to challenge students and foster problem-solving skills. Support: I believe learning extends beyond the classroom, which is why I provide homework assignments and offer ongoing support throughout the week. Students can message me for assistance, and I provide timely feedback to help them progress confidently. Accommodations: I am dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment. For students with ADHD or similar challenges, for example I could accommodate their needs by incorporating short concentration breaks during sessions to ensure optimal engagement and learning. Experience: As someone who has navigated through A levels and is currently studying Engineering at The University of Nottingham, I understand the academic journey firsthand. This allows me to empathize with students and provide valuable support and encouragement. Trial Lesson: To ensure compatibility and effectiveness, I offer a complimentary trial lesson for new students. Comprehensive Resources: In addition to interactive lessons, I provide comprehensive notes and videos that I find useful from different online sources compiled into one document for each topic covered, serving as valuable reference material for students. Enthusiastic and Positive Approach: I am passionate about fostering a positive learning environment where students feel motivated and empowered to succeed.
