Shadman is an exceptional tutor. From the start, he was very attentive to my little cousins' needs. She often struggled with the basics, so he ensured to go through the basics step by step, making her do questions regularly to check her understanding. She also struggles with asking for help. I think he tackled this well by frequently checking in with her and being patient when she took a long time to understand something. She has improved so much since she's had lessons with him, jumping from a grade 5 to a 7 in a few months.
