I am a Math, Science, Computer Science and Geography tutor for secondary school students

I am Mansi Thakur, and I am from India. I'm a Civil Engineering major and an experienced Data Analyst and still working as a Data Analyst. I also work as a tutor for secondary school student in my country. I enjoy sharing and exchanging knowledge with student so I can expose students to knowledge beyond their current level. I do it because it feels good when I see eyes get wider as I present new information, discuss solutions, and explain new points of view. I do not go into teaching because I like to correct exams (although I used to hide my dad’s red marker and play “school pretend”). I do not choose teaching because I like to read endless pages of projects and assignments. I do it because I want to help students to change their perception about studies and make a difference in their lives. I know tutoring isn’t only about textbooks, foremost, it’s also about the experience. I can help kids to develop good study habits, learn effective problem-solving techniques, and become more independent learners. So, they are able to use these skills throughout their school career, in college, and even in the workforce.
