Life Coaching for acheiving your goals and Empowermen

As a passionate, confident skills coach specialising in education through workshops and psychologically grounded training, I would be delighted to offer Life Coaching Initially an actress and presenter, I found myself working as a facilitator. After first being introduced to the power of leadership coaching when working in TV, film and theatre, I developed a keen interest in confidence building and mindset training as a way of changing behaviour and empowering clients. I currently work freelance with individuals and businesses, but am now looking to focus my facilitation experience on empowering people to choose, use and adapt useful practices for greater impact when it matters - and achieve the results they want. Impact. For Good.
