I wasn’t sure if Psychology was the right subject for me at A Level, but after a session with Alisa, I felt much more confident. She gave me a clear insight into what it’s like to study Psychology and the kinds of topics I’d be learning. What really stood out was her honesty, she didn’t sugar-coat the challenges of A-Level Psychology, but instead explained how to deal with them and stay motivated. At school, I often feel like teachers don’t really listen, but with Alisa it was different. She made me feel heard and taught in a way that suited me. Before each session, she takes the time to ask questions and figure out exactly where you need help, and then plans the lesson around that. It’s very personalised and really helped me feel more prepared and excited about choosing Psychology.
