I help people discover their true vocation and build a career path that genuinely fits who they are.

I help people discover their true vocation and build a career path that genuinely fits who they are. My lessons are designed for students and young professionals who feel unsure about their direction, as well as for anyone who wants to make more intentional career choices. Together, we work on identifying what you can truly excel at and how to turn that potential into a meaningful professional path. My approach combines reflection and practical strategy. I work on inner motivation, self-awareness, networking skills, and exploration of different opportunities such as internships, volunteering, student jobs, and training programs. The goal is not only to define a career direction but also to create a clear and realistic plan to reach it. What makes my method unique is that I guide you to connect both your rational thinking and your deeper inner motivations. I use tools such as Positive Intelligence, elements from the Paradox School approach, and occasionally art therapy to help uncover hidden aspirations and remove mental barriers. By working with both the mind and the heart, you gain clarity about what you truly want. A goal without a plan remains a dream. In my lessons, we transform dreams into concrete goals and actionable plans so you can move forward with confidence and build a career you will genuinely enjoy.
