I have over 4 years' experience coaching individuals and groups both online and in person, helping clients improve their health, confidence and physical performance through personalised movement, strength training and holistic wellbeing. My background includes martial arts (Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), functional training, mobility, breathwork and yoga-inspired movement. I also specialise in nutrition and behaviour change, supporting clients with weight loss, metabolic health, post-injury recovery and building sustainable healthy habits. My teaching style is supportive, encouraging and adaptable. I tailor every session to the individual's experience and goals, creating a safe environment where beginners feel comfortable and experienced clients continue to progress.
