I have a native and professional level of English, and experience in teaching KS3 and KS4 English Language and Literature

I have two years teaching experience teaching KS3 and KS4 English Language and English Literature, both in the classroom and online. I also have experience in making English more accessible to students with SEND, as well as teaching English as a second language to EAL learners. I work with students to discover both their strengths and areas for improvement. This allows me to assist them in building on their existing skills, whilst also then targeting and addressing any gaps and specific learning needs they may have. I feel it is important for students to be able to recognise what examiners will be looking for, and so I also make extensive use of models and exam mark schemes
