Advert description
Managing teams in creative projects is not easy. Creative work can be overwhelming, and it’s often difficult to set boundaries between our personal lives and our work, which may lead to burnout. An area where many talented people can be sensitive, where the creative work process requires vulnerability from the participants - whether it’s music, film, theatre, or visual arts - understanding each other, healthy communication strategies and mediation can be essential to achieve the best outcome, and I can help with just that :)
