GCSE English Language and Literature Masterclass

Paul has really helped my son get ready for his English Literature GCSE exam, discussing the relevant topics in the lesson and setting homework. I recommend him!

We started lessons with Paul just before year 10 mocks. He went over techniques for each question of English languages papers 1 &2, what to look for and the language techniques to use. This simplified things significantly for our daughter. He gives homework which is then marked and discussed during lesson which again reinforces things to continue vs stop bad habits. Our daughter has grown in confidence wrt her English language. Thank you Paul!

Paul has been really effecitve in helping my son build his skills and confidence with both English Language and English Literature. Starting with an initial meeting with us, we established areas of weakness and concern and Paul put together a plan with weekly lessons in each subject to help my son prepare for his upcoming GCSEs. I can see the improvement and the regular upadtes and feedback from Paul are so helpful. There have been so many gaps to fill and he has been brilliant at working with my son to help with this.

Paul was a dedicated and excellent tutor for my son. He always planned carefully, was very structured and gave extra homework. I would recommend him for anything looking for an English tutor

Can’t recommend Paul enough. My 10yr old Son found his tutorial style to be resourceful & user friendly. His personal touch when creating the lessons also helped massively.

Paul is a fantastic tutor who supported our son through his GCSE's in English lang and Lit. He helped our son achieve grades far higher than his school predictions. He was also flexible on lesson times as we got closer to exams to ensure lesson where when they were needed. Paul definitely got our son exam ready.

Paul supported my son in his GCSE English language a literature. His methods and organization are excellent. Paul explains everything clearly including homework and feedback. My son advanced two grades to grade 8 with Paul's tuition. I would highly recommend Paul as a tutor.
