Former ITF professional player and coach- tennis lessons for all ages and levels

I played professional tennis on the ITF circuit for 8 years, so the game has been a huge part of my life and coaching is my favourite way to stay in it. I coach players one-to-one and in small groups, from complete beginners to competitive juniors. My coaching is built around you. I start by watching you play and working out what will make the biggest difference, then we focus on that rather than drilling everything at once. I break each skill into clear, manageable steps, set goals we can actually track, and adapt as you improve. Having competed at a high level myself, I pay a lot of attention to the mental side too, footwork, focus, and staying composed under pressure, which is often what separates a good player from a frustrated one. Sessions are usually an hour and suited to all ages and levels. I also offer online video analysis: send me footage of your serve or groundstrokes and I'll send back a full breakdown with drills to work on. Alongside coaching I work with children in a primary school and I'm training as a counselling psychologist, so I'm calm, patient and genuinely good with people of all ages.
