Friendly Maths Tutor | University of Bath Student | GCSE & A-Level

Hi, I'm Zan, a Computer Science and Mathematics student at the University of Bath with over 100 hours of tutoring experience. I've recently helped one student improve from a grade 1 to a grade 4 and another achieve a grade 8. My lessons are relaxed, interactive and tailored to each student's needs, whether they're struggling with the basics or aiming for top grades. Having recently completed a research project exploring mathematical education and how mathematics is communicated, I'm particularly interested in finding clear, accessible and engaging ways to explain difficult concepts. I focus on building genuine understanding rather than simply memorising methods, using practice questions, visual explanations and real-world examples to make Maths more enjoyable.
