Experienced STEM Educator | Chemistry | Biology | Science Tutor

Samuel is a certified and accredited teacher by profession. I specialize in guiding students individually or in a group in chemistry, biology, and science. I have 12 years of teaching experience. My teaching philosophy is anchored on demystifying a misconception that science, and in particular chemistry and biology, are challenging due to the complex concepts they cover. I apply student-oriented approaches, inquiry-based learning, and interactive hands-on activities; integrate real-life applications; and most importantly, incorporate technology and 21st-century learning designs to deliver and tailor my instructions to achieve intended outcomes and simplify complex scientific concepts. I proactively ensure my students feel supported and adequately challenged. I tailor and customize instructions and tasks to align with my students' learning needs, interests, abilities, and learning styles.
