Experienced leader keen to pass on my knowledge to the next generation of leaders!

I have conducted in-person personal development workshops within large organisations. I always ensure every attendee is nurtured and engaged throughout the sessions keeping them informal and interactive. Recent testimonials: Thank you so much for putting on this session. I found it incredibly helpful as it’s not often we get to stop and really think about ‘our values’ and how that feeds into how we show up every day/your own brand! Rachel’s an incredible facilitator with a great energy… and she (and sessions like this) really brings out the best in people. It really helped me not only in a professional sense but on a personal one too!
