English as a Second Language for Children and Imigrants in London

I highly recommend Elisa for Portuguese lessons. She is very kind, patient, and extremely pedagogic. She always listens carefully to your needs and adapts the lessons accordingly, which made learning much more enjoyable and effective for me. She also sends very useful documents and slides after the lessons, which helped me continue practicing on my own. Before my trip to Brazil, she even prepared a personalized pack with vocabulary, expressions, and practical things I would need during my stay — it was incredibly helpful. On top of being a great teacher, Elisa is always very polite, professional, and encouraging. I truly enjoyed learning with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to improve their Portuguese.

I have really enjoyed my lessons with Elisa! She always prepares different types of activities to stretch my brain in different ways, but also understands if I’m a bit frazzled that day and adjusts the lesson to match what I am capable of. Elisa is also very open to hearing what I would like to focus on alongside providing a great range of topics and important basics. I would recommend Elisa as a tutor! :)
