I have over 1000 hours teaching experience, and have worked in health care as a health and wellbeing coach for three years. I am educated to post-graduate level. I also have a PG DIP in psychodynamic counselling.
I combine this diverse training and experience to create psychologically informed and educational style of support. In coaching sessions I facilitate an open, curious and non-judgemental conversational space ; where you can explore motivations, obstacles and goals in order to find a better way forward.
