The session was tailored to my abilities and intentions, Raiven was a great teacher who provided clear guidance & was very down to earth. I recommend taking Raivens class if you want to heal spiritually and physically or if you just want to do some yoga. I felt energised & calm afterward, & I will definitely be participating again.
