I'm Peter Dobbin, a concept artist, illustrator and storyboard artist based in East London. I've spent over 30 years working professionally in games, film and entertainment: with studios including Sony, Microsoft and Electronic Arts, across characters, environments, VR and storyboarding. Drawing has always been at the centre of what I do. Away from client work I attend regular life drawing sessions and have an active sketchbook practice, it keeps me sharp and it's genuinely something I love. That enthusiasm comes into my teaching. I'm currently completing a graphic novel anthology... written and illustrated entirely by me, which I think says something about how seriously I take storytelling through drawing. I've worked at the highest level of the industry for a long time. Now I want to share what I know.
