English is my first first language & I have a BA degree in English Language & Media

As a native English speaker with a BA in English Language and Media and an MSc in History of Art, I possess unique skills and knowledge that make me an excellent candidate for an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teacher. Having a strong foundation in English language and media, my undergraduate studies equip me with a deep understanding of English, including its grammar, vocabulary, and nuances. This knowledge allows me to effectively teach English to non-native speakers, helping them develop their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Furthermore, my MSc in History of Art showcases my passion for the arts and cultural understanding. This background provided me with a broader perspective on language, allowing me to incorporate cultural references, literature, and artistic expressions into teaching. This can make lessons more engaging and immersive, fostering a deeper appreciation for the English language among your students. Overall, my academic background, combined with a passion for language, cultural understanding, and communication, positions me as an ideal candidate for an English as a Foreign Language teacher. I have the ability to create engaging lessons, foster an inclusive learning environment, and inspire students to embrace the English language, making me a valuable asset in helping non-native speakers achieve fluency and confidence in their language skills.
