Hi, I’m Anna. I am a Level 5 Qualified Personal Performance Coach with over 26 years of experience working in major corporate organisations. My background is in Learning, Development and Early Careers, and I have been accredited and recognised as a finalist in national awards for the graduate, apprenticeship and intern programmes I have created. This means I know first-hand what employers look for when they run assessment centres and interviews. I am also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). This is the highest level of membership and shows the impact I have made in learning and development over my career. Good grades alone are not enough to secure a role. Employers look beyond qualifications to identify leadership and behavioural skills when selecting candidates in either interviews or assessment centres. I have extensive experience facilitating assessment centres in corporate organisations, conducting one-to-one interviews for school, college and university leavers, and acting as a key decision maker in the final selection of candidates for early careers programmes. I support school, college and university leavers, as well as early career professionals, to: Build confidence Decide on the right career path Develop leadership and soft skills that employers value Learn how to manage pressure and avoid burnout Alongside individual coaching, I also deliver group sessions for colleges, sixth forms and universities. These are interactive and practical, giving students real employer insights and the tools to present themselves well. I specialise in supporting autistic and ADHD early career professionals. This is something I am passionate about, as I was diagnosed with combined ADHD myself and live in a household which includes autism. I understand the challenges, but also the strengths, that neurodivergence can bring. My fees are higher than many tutors you will see on this platform, but that is because I am not a subject tutor. I am an experienced coach with a professional background, CIPD Fellowship and lived experience that allows me to support people at a deeper level and prepare them for the world of work.
