Executive Coaching and Leadership Development

I set up PresentSense to provide expert coaching to high-achieving individuals who are seeking a deeper level of contact and meaning in their lives. It is my belief that we all need and deserve support to do the inner work that results in a better aligned life. Be that through spacious contemplation, challenging existing norms or enabling creative adaptations to unfold. ​Conversations I offer are based on the paradoxical theory of change. We make sustainable change when we become more ourselves, not when we try to be something we are not. The premise is simple, the process is hard. Through our time together we will work on developing awareness, compassion and self-adaptation as a means to better respond to and interact with the anxiety latent in the developmental process. ​My career history includes experience in EY, Unilever, DMGT, RMS, NHS, Babraham Institute and British Rowing. I have been coaching and facilitating for 6 years. It is my joy and privilege to work with my clients as they make sense of their work and lives.
