I hold a BSc in Psychology and am currently pursuing an MSc in Neurorehabilitation, specializing in Cognitive Neurorehabilitation. My academic background has provided me with a strong theoretical foundation in mental health, while my practical experience has further refined my skills in patient care, psychometric evaluation, and therapeutic interventions. During my internship at the Department of Psychiatry at the General Hospital of Ioannina, I participated in individual and group therapy sessions, working with patients dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. I was trained in the administration and evaluation of various psychometric tools such as WISC-V and MMPI-2, which enhanced my diagnostic and assessment skills. I have also volunteered at the Special Day Center for Alzheimer’s, where I contributed to group therapy programs, creative activities, and public awareness campaigns. This role strengthened my ability to support individuals with memory or cognitive disorders and helped me develop personalized treatment plans. In addition to my psychological expertise, I have practical experience in managing and providing exceptional customer service in a family-run café-bar and a flower shop.
