Clear and Supportive A Level Economics Tutor (Edexcel) – UCL Student

I teach A Level Economics, with a strong focus on the Edexcel Economics B specification. I am currently a third-year undergraduate at UCL, studying Social Sciences with Data Science, and I have studied Economics both at A Level and at university level. My lessons are structured, supportive, and exam-focused. I help students develop a clear understanding of key economic concepts, apply theory to real-world examples, and build strong evaluation skills for essays and data response questions. I also provide guidance on exam technique, including answer structure, effective use of diagrams, and meeting assessment objectives. Beyond formal teaching, I am actively involved in sharing economics learning content online. I run a personal social media account where I regularly post A Level and introductory economics notes and explanations, many of which have received several thousand views. This experience has strengthened my ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, accessible, and student-friendly way. I also have proven experience helping students improve academic performance. I have supported students who initially achieved Grade C in Economics to progress to Grade A, and some of these students have since gone on to study at UCL. Lessons can be adapted to individual needs, whether you are building foundations or aiming to improve exam performance and confidence.
