Certified Neuroscience Coach teaching meditation techniques for calm, focus and emotional balance

I am a certified Neuroscience Coach with over 20 years of experience helping individuals develop a sustainable meditation practice that actually works for their life. My approach is rooted in neuroscience, meaning I do not just teach you how to meditate, I help you understand what is happening in your brain when you do, and why it makes such a powerful difference to your mood, focus, and overall wellbeing. My sessions are practical, accessible, and tailored to each individual. Whether you are a complete beginner who has never meditated before, or someone who has tried and struggled to stick with it, I will help you find a style and rhythm that fits naturally into your daily life. I work with students of all ages including those with ADHD and anxiety, and I specialise in using meditation as a tool for emotional regulation, stress relief, better sleep, and mental clarity. Sessions are delivered online at flexible times to suit your schedule. If you have ever wanted to meditate but did not know where to start, or if you have tried before and given up, I would love to help you discover what a difference a few minutes a day can make.
