Both of these degrees have given me direct experience in consultancy projects, with the first degree supporting the creation of a graduate scheme to retain local talent for a seafood restaurant in Bournemouth. The second consultancy let me support the £2 million investment into a canned wine business, tackling issues of logistics, canning processes and optimising its sales strategy.
