Advert description
My bespoke coaching programmes are designed around your needs. We will uncover your desires and passions to create a clear pathway which will lead you to your life’s purpose.
Coaching is a place where you can untangle your thoughts, listen to your own needs and begin living your life purpose.
I’ve worked in mental health and wellbeing for 15+ years and have a natural gift for creating positive spaces which allow individuals to flourish. With kindness as my guiding value, I will support you to take the steps towards living a life you truly love.
The work we will do together will be deep, transformational and playful…but serious about solutions! You will leave coaching sessions feeling empowered and ready to take on your part of the world.
I adopt trauma informed and anti-racist principles in all of my work. I have an unshakable commitment to equity. You are welcome here - come as you are.
