My career has always been centred on helping people unlock potential, whether guiding individuals one-to-one or leading groups through complex challenges. I am the Founder and Global Lead of WomenWise, a global community that supports more diverse representation in underrepresented industries like technology and finance through mentoring and skills-building programmes. Through this, I’ve designed mentoring programmes, led large-scale events, and created environments where people grow in confidence and capability. I also hold a Diploma in Life Coaching (2024), giving me practical frameworks for goal-setting, motivation, and resilience. In my sessions, I’d start by really understanding where someone is at - what comes easily, what feels hard, and what they want to get better at. From there, I’d shape lessons that are simple, focused, and practical, so progress feels achievable straight away. My approach is about more than just skills... it’s about unlocking confidence, helping people work through obstacles, and showing them the strengths they sometimes don’t see in themselves. Motivation isn’t something I hand over; it’s something I help people uncover for themselves, so they can keep going long after the session ends. These are things I’ve seen and achieved throughout my own career and the communities I’ve built. I’m also in constant conversation with industry leaders - from C-suite professionals to global experts - so I know what skills and mindsets really make a difference. I bring those insights into teaching, blending a coaching mindset with deep support and practical frameworks that help people build resilience, confidence, and lasting results.
