I take pride in making people learn the full method. First thing I’d like to say is: ‘it’s easy!’ and because I’m here today I know that! But I was there once, and I was full of fear! Because I had some teachers saying things like: ‘this is not a walk in the park!’. If a teacher told me that today I’d reply with: ‘if you find it difficult and you’re teaching it, how will I find it if I know nothing about it?’ One thing for sure is: I can make you understand what I teach, as simplified as possible. From the theory to the practice you have the barrier of physical body and mind, one full of old habits the other full of bad habits. And so you need to make as many practices as possible to win the battle over this 2 opponents enjoy themselves with the knowledge I give them.
