Advert description
First-class Psychology graduate with a strong interest in behaviour, motivation, development and wellbeing.
I have two years’ experience working as a Learning Mentor within a sixth form inclusion team, supporting students in both 1:1 and group settings. I worked closely with students with a range of needs, including SEND and anxiety-related challenges, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and engagement.
I supported students to develop confidence, resilience, organisation, time management, social skills, goal setting and action planning, emotional wellbeing and exam preparation.
I also designed and delivered weekly study skills sessions and targeted interventions, focusing on improving study habits and independent learning.
I am passionate about supporting and motivating young people to achieve both their personal and academic goals and would love to continue doing in this in a coaching role!
