I have worked in hotels, restaurants and catering companies and have had the privilege to be in some of London’s most iconic venues, including palaces and listed buildings. I am very outgoing and have a passion for my craft, and I love teaching and training people, particularly kids and young adults. I volunteered with a charity for two years and I was in charge of hosting baking sessions for children from refugee background. This was one of the best experiences I ever had and seeing the enthusiasm in those kids is something I will always treasure.
