Fun Fitness classes to help you reach your potential

I am a level 3 personal trainer and love helping people reach their goals. I teach with energy and inject inspiration and motivation into every one of my classes. I understand what is required to reach goals, as I have run marathons, ultra-marathons, completed triathlons and competed in bodybuilding too. I believe that exercise should be a fun and not a punishment and I try to bring this ethos to each and every class.
