I have a Master's in Sports and Business Management (University of Liverpool). I have been coaching and delivering Personal Training services since 2011. I live in Norway, and with other colleagues, we own a CrossFit facility called CrossFit ASK. I have been competing in different disciplines, such as Thai Boxing, Motorcycle road racing, Kettlebell Lifting, and CrossFit in the last five years. The online personal training services will be new, but I am willing to learn and improve this skill.
