Teaching should be done for the students the way they want. I usually design my lectures materials in simple manner which could be easily understand by the students. I would like to break the assessment components into different parts which helps the students to score more marks in the final examination. Usually I am very concerned about individual student involvement since it is not appropriate to use ‘one size fit all’ method. Usually I am a friendly person which makes students to clarify their subject questions without any fear
