My name is Yixin, and I am a native Mandarin speaker from China currently studying for an MSc in Nursing at the University of Liverpool.
I offer friendly and personalised online Chinese lessons for learners of all ages and levels. Whether you are learning Mandarin for travel, work, study, HSK exams, or simply out of interest, I will tailor each lesson to suit your goals and learning pace.
Living and studying in the UK has strengthened my communication skills in both Mandarin and English, allowing me to explain Chinese clearly to English-speaking learners. I am patient, encouraging, and enjoy helping students build confidence through practical conversations and interactive lessons.I can also introduce Chinese culture, everyday expressions, pronunciation, and basic Chinese calligraphy to make learning enjoyable and engaging.
