In my previous jobs, I have: 1. Led a team to develop an enterprise solution to extract skills from resumes and classify them into 5 job proficiency categories using the Attention model, which decreased the cost of human resources at Bangalore and Mysore DC. 2. Worked on internal ML projects in the Data Science & Machine Learning track, which uniquely enabled the company's Business Enablement Function (BEF) at a global level and attracted external clients such as GlobalFoundries, thereby increasing massive profits throughout the year- 3. Made courses on classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, advanced statistical topics and Natural Language Processing, and scaled up more than 5000 internal employees, thereby helping indirectly increase the revenue in numerous horizontals. 4. Awarded the best author for the course on GPT-3 in Q2 of 2022. 5. Created YouTube videos and wrote technical blogs for the company on data science, machine learning projects, and SOTA machine learning techniques. 6.
