I am a calm, nurturing and experienced teacher who is passionate about helping children and young people feel confident

During the first session with your child I will complete a baseline assessment, this session is FREE! After this you can decide if you want to move forward with my services. Lesson's can take place either in the child's home or in my residence. Soon I will also be offering online learning. I am an experienced, supportive and highly skilled teacher, former Head of School (primary) and SENCo, who is passionate about helping children and young people feel confident and capable. I use a personalised, strengths-based approach, building positive relationships and adapting sessions to individual needs. My academic tutoring is aimed at primary-aged children, while my wellbeing and life-skills work, including emotional regulation, confidence-building and organisation skills, is open to individuals of all ages. My practice is informed by trauma-aware approaches and a strong understanding of child development and additional needs.
