I am a Senior Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer, offering many styles of yoga

I am a Senior Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer for Yoga Alliance Professionals although I also hold qualifications with other organisations. I have been teaching since 2013 and I am personally trained in: Hatha Vinyasa Yin Restorative Yoga Nidra Yoga for Fertility Pregnancy Yoga Postnatal Yoga Menopause Yoga Children's Yoga Yoga for children with ADHD and Autism I, therefore, offer classes and support in each of these areas. Yoga is a mind-body connection and should involve movement, stillness, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation and relaxation. Each practice is an opportunity to explore the inner landscape as much as the physical body. Every individual navigates many changes and stimulations each day and developing a yoga practice is a form of self-care. I enjoy working with those developing their practice /teaching style and helping them to develop a style suitable for themselves. Understanding their own challenges and limitations rather than pushing too much. The lessons will be tailored to your unique needs and level of understanding. I have taught in the UK and abroad. I have taught in studios, gyms and schools. I briefly owned my own studio. I currently teach in-person local to Lichfield and online via Zoom. I run teacher training for Women's Wellness and Hormonal Health and I believe educating individuals to understand their own bodies allows them to develop their self-practice in a manner suitable to them. Practices should be adapted to changing energies.
