I have a first class bachelor's degree in sport science and a master's degree in sports medicine from UCL, one of the top universities in the UK.
I have also worked as a practitioner for nearly 10 years in both clinical and non-clinical setting, helping athletes and non-athletes alike to improve their performance and recover from injuries.
I can help you with topics such as anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, exercise prescription, injury prevention and management, and more. Whether you need help with your coursework, exams, assignments or projects, I can tailor my teaching to your needs and goals.
