Natalie Lambert - Life coaching

Burnt out, stagnant and perhaps lost? At some point in our lives, most of us will find ourselves feeling this way. Influenced sometimes by significant life altering events or trauma, we can often struggle to see a way to move forward or even a clear path to begin upon. Does that sound familiar? Possessing over 29 years of experience in aiding individuals to find not only their true selves, but also what they want from their lives. Clear guidance and genuine support are essential, to enable you to take the precise steps required to get there. All sessions are curated and tailored to your needs - taking into account your life experiences and preferences. Society often wants us to fit into nice neat boxes, but many of us know we are much more complex than that. What does life coaching with Natalie look like? Conveniently all sessions are offered both in person, within the comfort of your home or online via video call, if this is something you would feel more comfortable with. A free 30 minute discovery call is recommended for all new clients, so I can establish what you are hoping to gain through the sessions and in turn, you have an opportunity to ask me any questions that you may have. Many of us find it nerve wracking speaking to new people! Each session runs for approximately 60 minutes, however they may run over slightly if we are really powering through - I wont stop the clock on progress! One session per week is recommended to most clients, as I have found this allows for steady advancement of your goals, in cohesion with enabling myself to offer consistent support and feedback. Example session layout: recap and review the last week - what went well? Any difficulties / concerns? ; set goals on visual board for the next week ; engage in two exploration activities; set take away tasks. 29 years of experience has taught me to expect the unexpected. Often things crop up that we didn't envisage, meaning that I am required to enter each session with flexibility in mind. All tools and techniques used within sessions are science based, proven models. Used alongside talking therapy, we have the perfect recipe for success. Most clients require between 6 and 12 sessions, please know you wont ever be kept longer than you need to be! Together, we'll turn barriers into breakthroughs, a stronger, happier, more confident you awaits. Live your truth.
