Advert description
I love coaching and development. This is a golden thread in my career. I have found a person centric methodology that people (particularly young people) have found authentic and relevant. Results show this approach working. I focussed my continuous learning on people development and blend this with a volume of experience in leadership roles. It often leads to good solutions and strategies for clients to focus on. I support the individual needs, preferences, and strengths of young people. Involve them in goal-setting and decision-making to foster ownership and motivation
