English and Psychology Tutor! (Secondary and Sixth Form)

I offer individual English and Psychology tutoring for children and young people, with lessons tailored to each student’s ability, learning needs and academic goals. For English, I can support students with reading comprehension, spelling and grammar, creative and transactional writing, essay structure, language analysis and exam technique. I also have experience preparing students for GCSE English Language examinations and resits, including targeted practice using past papers and mark schemes. For Psychology, I can support students with psychological theories and studies, research methods, essay writing, evaluation skills and exam preparation. I hold both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Psychology, allowing me to explain challenging topics clearly while helping students develop strong academic and analytical skills. I currently work as a private SEND teacher and have over four years of one-to-one tutoring experience. My lessons are patient, encouraging and adapted to the way each student learns best.
