However, now I’m owning it - I am a Life Coach! Our sessions will be a space where you can express yourself. I am empathetic and patient, but I will ‘push’ you to be your best self. This will help you in your own self-awareness, resilience and personal growth. Getting you from here to unstuck, and progressing towards a more positive and productive life. Using your own critical thinking abilities which I will help you to develop, and analysing your current position, my simple approach will help you to see your clearer path towards an improved state of mind, finding inner peace and becoming more confident in your objectives using the S.M.A.R.T and G.R.O.W methodologies ( others may be explored ).
