I teach in a structured, step-by-step way that builds both understanding and confidence. I start by identifying what the student already knows and where the gaps are, then break concepts down into simple explanations with clear examples. I focus on helping students understand the reasoning behind methods, not just memorising steps. During sessions, I encourage students to attempt problems independently while guiding them with prompts and questions, so they develop problem-solving skills. I also adapt my pace and explanations depending on the student’s ability and confidence level, and finish sessions with recap questions to reinforce learning and track progress.
